Conversion of a Grade II Listed Building.

Located on 17 Duke Street, the Lock and key hotel offers 14 boutique hotel rooms alongside a contemporary bar and kitchen in the heart of Liverpool city centre. The development involved the remodelling and refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, left empty for over a decade.

Consolux was commissioned to provide M&E design services for the entire building, including the hotel, bar and kitchen.
