Condition Survey of a Grade I Listed Building.
Consolux M&E Consulting Ltd, commissioned by Jubb & Jubb Ltd. Chartered Surveyors to undertake a Condition Survey at Scarisbrick Hall School during April 2018.
The works comprised of a detailed site inspection of the MEP services and for the production of a detailed services report that outlined areas of concern, maintenance works required and notification of plant that exceeded its Indicative Life.
The Indicative Life/ years presented is based upon equipment that has been maintained throughout its life and the Life Factors are means to define when equipment may be at the end of their economic life expectancy.
