Construction of a multi-purpose use apartment block in Liverpool which is to house 150No. student dwellings, 261No. private residential apartments and 4No. commercial units to the ground floor.
The project was undertaken with the aim of providing efficient heating and hot water production methods, which minimise operation and maintenance requirements, whilst meeting the demands for the multi-use building.
